Chief Judge Robinson released her decision today dismissing Ms. Robinson’s lawsuit challenging the Net Worth Sweep. The Kentucky court says that sec. 4617(f) of HERA fully insulates FHFA and Treasury from judicial review and adopts much of Judge Lamberth’s reasoning to conclude that the government has done nothing improper.15-00109-0063
