In a filing delivered to the JPMDL yesterday, FHFA tells the MDL Panel that Mr. Pagliara’s books and records lawsuits should be transferred because their purpose is to gather evidence to use in other litigation attacking the Third Amendment. A copy of the filing is attached to this e-mail message.
