Judge Cacheris entered an opinion and order today placing Mr. Pagliara’s lawsuit in against Freddie Mac in Virginia on hold until the JPDML decides if it wants to transfer and consolidate the cases challenging the Third Amendment as FHFA has asked it to do. Copies of Judge Cacheris’ opinion and order are attached to this e-mail message.
