The Roberts Plaintiffs in Chicago will be amending their Complaint to incorporate confidential discovery materials they obtained in Fairholme v. U.S., and a copy of their motion to file their amended complaint under seal is attached to this e-mail message. The motion indicates that FHFA and Treasury do not oppose the Roberts Plaintiffs’ request.16-02107-0020
