15-00047-0071 The Saxton Plaintiffs tell the Court in Iowa that they intend to oppose FHFA and Treasury’s request to reinstate a stay of the deadline to file an Administrative Record. Since the Saxton Plaintiffs will need to refer to some of the confidential discovery materials uncovered in Fairholme v. U.S, they ask the Court for permission to file their opposition under seal. A copy of the Saxton Plaintiffs’ request to file their objection under seal is attached to this e-mail message.
