FHFA delivered a notice to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky today advising the Court that it has asked the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to consolidate Robinson v. FHFA into In re: Third Amendment Litigation, Pending No. 28 (JPMDL), and transfer that case with others challenging the Net Worth Sweep to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for coordinated pretrial proceedings.
