Joint Status Report by Fairholme, Treasury and Fannie Mae delivered to Judge Sweeney this afternoon telling her that the three of them believe her sealed order (Doc. 257) dated Nov. 10 which allowed the deposition of Egbert Perry to go forward should be unsealed.
