So, I think that there is something that you could communicate better if you would want to take this next step. I’ve been listening to your conversations with a lot of people. Your style is to tell people exactly what they want to hear to get them excited. I think that in most of these conversations you could go further before you let off the gas, so to speak. I was thinking that you could paint your vision of the future of your company better. I think that you stop at a billions, why? I think that you need to consider communicating about the next level of where you see your company going, the actual Apple’s and Google’s and Microsoft’s and IBM’s valuations, 100’s of billions. Paint the picture that we are going to be bigger than they are. Don’t talk about everyone getting a Tesla. Talk about everyone getting a Gulfstream 6. Paint as all as great leaders that work long hours and, even during those long hours the quality of our work product is so fine that you continue to be surprised every single day about how great the people are for choosing you, admitting that what would seem like a hand picked company is really just what happens when you ask for help and you are realistic about the consequences of how you spend your time, you end up with people choosing to give you more than you ever could even imagining giving them. And you would attribute it to luck, but you know that lucky people are really just people entrenched in the good way. And that is where you see the people you are with going. You know you couldn’t get there alone, you’re being dragged kicking and screaming because you thought it was the other way sometimes, but they showed you and you went with them. And so here you are. You are all in. This is all you have left because you’ve not been more certain of anything in your entire life than you are this being the best way for you to begin helping the most people. And this is why, your conversations always begin with, “Can you help me?” That is how you attract your company. This is the universal friend-maker opener. What you have to offer is the greatest opportunity to work for, partner, and do business with an amazingly diverse group of people that all are focused on getting it done, because it is worth more than just that, more than just anything else worth working toward or spending your time figuring out. It would be for this reason that, in line with this dialog, I recommend considering an extension that you would intend to be the chairman on the board or serve as a consultant when you free up your time later down the road because you were able to find someone along the good way that would be someone that you could trust to take care of so many more things that eventually it became mostly everything, and so it was. And this would make you so happy, to spend your years doing this, with you, you, and you. What do you think? Can you help me? Here’s what I need you to do. I need you to go to where you get things done and get things done. Reach out. Call people. Call meetings. Meet for lunch. Meet for dinner. Meet for breakfast. Meet to meet to meet.
